A few rooms inside a town that was already alive.

Maria Pia Ancora and Mario Dimitri left Manduria at seventeen and spent twenty-eight years abroad. In 2022 they came home and began buying the houses nobody was using.

We believe a place to stay should be more than a set of rooms you pass through.

It should be somewhere you are recognised. Where the person who makes your coffee knows your name by the second morning, and the neighbour tells you who lived in your building before you.

Ten houses in the old town of Manduria, in Salento, Puglia. Four spaces open first, in Via Verdi, in the summer of 2027. The others follow, one at a time.

15Dolcevita is not a place with a town around it. It is a few rooms inside a town that was already alive.
