This is the ground floor. Not a finished chain property with a manual for every situation, but a ten-building albergo diffuso being born in the old town of Manduria, opening its first suites at Christmas 2026. We are looking for the person who will make it run, and who wants that to be theirs.
You learned operations and revenue in serious houses, ideally under an international flag. You can price a suite and read a P&L in the same hour. And you are done executing someone else's vision: you want to build your own, in a real Italian town, with the sea fifteen minutes away.
In a startup nothing is too humble or above your paygrade. One morning you set the revenue strategy, the same afternoon you check a guest in and fix the playlist. You take the honors and the responsibilities, both. This is a co-founder seat, not a clock-in job, with real upside for the right person.
