A hamam in the old town of Manduria
Steam, warm tufo stone and silence, in the heart of the old town.
In Via Verdi 15, in the old town of Manduria, we are restoring the old stables of a noble palazzo. It is the first house of 15Dolcevita, an albergo diffuso that grows one house at a time. Inside there will be three suites. The largest, the Wellness Suite, has its own small hamam.
The Wellness Suite
More than 80 m², plus its open-air spaces. At the centre of a star vault, a large shower where light and water meet: a moment of pleasure, for two. Around it, the hamam, red light therapy and a kitchen under the portico, to cook and eat outside.

What the hamam is
Our hamam is small and simple: a room of tufo stone with a large shower and steam. It is not a public spa. It belongs to the two members staying in the Wellness Suite, and to their friends.
How it fits the day
In winter the steam is the warmest place in the house. In summer it comes after the sea and before dinner. Then the rooftop, with the infrared sauna, the ice bucket and the solarium, or the Gymnásion with its shared garden and gym.
